You might know about him already, but I think Simon Boyle is someone worth bringing as much attention to as possible. Simon runs Brigade, a restaurant on Tooley Street near London Bridge. It’s an incredible place and Simon is a great chef with a heart of gold.
A SOCIAL RESTAURANT
Simon doesn’t run a restaurant. He ‘helps people get off the street by giving them a job’. That’s his aim. This great state of mind is one thing we appreciate at Creamer & Sundt. I was very impressed to see how his business is run, how hard the people in the restaurant work and how great the food is.
At the restaurant, Simon establishes the necessary work ethic – everyone is there for each other. It’s an essential part of how they work. Talent is everywhere too. Simon and his team bring out the best in the people they support in getting their lives back on track.
As someone learning about the network of creative people and artists who we partner with – I’m delighted that Creamer & Sundt choose to work with Simon and Brigade. In his restaurant, Simon underlines that creativity is everywhere and that everyone can be creative. You just have to give people the opportunity, and a reason, to unleash that creativity.
